Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
To access the full 5w30 experience, you are required to register an account using accurate, truthful, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. Providing false or misleading information during registration may result in your account being suspended or closed without notice.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and the security of your account. 5w30 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from user negligence. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact customer support immediately.
One Account Per User
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the 5w30 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed along with any balances being frozen.
Platform Usage Rules
All 5w30 users are required to comply with the following platform usage rules at all times:
- Not to use the platform for any purpose that violates current laws or regulations in Malaysia.
- Not to attempt to hack, attack, or disrupt the platform's technical infrastructure in any way.
- Not to use automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to access or interact with the platform without prior written authorisation.
- Not to distribute content that is harmful, offensive, fraudulent, or that infringes the rights of any third party.
- Not to attempt to transfer, sell, or assign an account or its balance to another party.
- Adhere to the betting limits and transaction limits set by the platform from time to time.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate action, including account suspension or closure, balance freezing, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
Payment & Transaction Information
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the 5w30 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include bank transfers via FPX, local e-wallets, and manual bank transfers. Available methods are subject to change in line with platform updates.
Deposit & Withdrawal Processing
Deposits made via electronic methods are typically processed shortly after payment is confirmed. Withdrawals are processed within one to three business days, depending on the chosen method and any account verification requirements. 5w30 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals that exceed a specified limit.
No Hidden Fees
5w30 does not charge hidden fees for deposits or withdrawals via listed local payment methods. However, third-party financial institutions may apply their own charges, which are beyond this platform's control. Account balances left inactive for a defined period may be subject to our dormant account policy.
Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

5w30 will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions due to maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control. Users access the platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for any betting decisions made.

All content on the 5w30 platform — including logos, interface design, text, images, and software — is the exclusive property of 5w30 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Account Suspension & Closure
5w30 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is a breach of the terms of use, suspected fraudulent activity, or actions that compromise the security of the platform or other users. In the event of account closure due to a violation, the remaining balance may be frozen while an investigation is carried out. Users wishing to voluntarily close their account may contact the support team to process the request.
Changes to These Terms
5w30 reserves the right to amend, add to, or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Users are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the processes established under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
